The Baja Designs 2008-2012 KTM 200 / 250 / 300 / 400 / 450 / 530 Squadron Sport Headlight Kit (A/C) is a vehicle-specific LED headlight upgrade designed for compatible KTM motorcycles equipped with an A/C lighting system. The integrated A/C to D/C conversion allows the kit to plug directly into the motorcycle’s stock lighting circuit, eliminating the need for stator modifications while providing a significant increase in nighttime visibility.

Centered around the Squadron Sport LED light, this kit delivers a Driving/Combo beam pattern that combines long-range projection with broad foreground illumination. Baja Designs incorporates proprietary technologies including uService, ClearView, MoistureBlock, CopperDrive, and a 5000K daylight color temperature for dependable lighting performance and durability.

The kit is intended for compatible KTM models with a lighting coil. Baja Designs also notes that 2013 SX, XC, and XC-W models require the 2014-2016 KTM kit instead of this version.

A/C Headlight Upgrade
