Built to balance protection and comfort, this model offers durable coverage without excessive bulk. It is engineered to stay secure while allowing natural movement, making it suitable for extended periods of activity.

Ideal for ATV, UTV, and general off-road applications, it combines practical design elements to support consistent performance across different riding environments.

Features

  • Quick-Release Buckles: Compact hardware enables fast and easy on/off access
  • Breathable Construction: Mesh suspension lining creates air channels for improved airflow and cooling
  • Adjustable Fit: Shoulder straps allow customization for a secure, personalized fit
  • Easy Maintenance: Moisture-resistant padding repels moisture and simplifies cleaning

Design & Construction

The protector features a low-profile form factor that minimizes bulk while maintaining protective coverage. Its structure is optimized to sit comfortably against the torso without restricting motion.

Durable materials are used throughout, with padding designed to resist moisture and wear. The mesh suspension system separates the main shell from the body, enhancing ventilation and reducing heat buildup.

Comfort & Ventilation

Airflow is a key design focus; the internal mesh lining creates continuous airflow channels that help regulate body temperature during activity. This reduces overheating and increases comfort on longer rides.

Adjustable straps ensure the protector stays positioned correctly without digging or binding. The lightweight construction reduces fatigue, even when worn for hours.

Fit & Sizing

Available in adult sizing options to accommodate different body types. Each size is engineered to provide proper coverage across the chest and upper torso.

Protection Standards

Built to meet recognized safety standards for protective gear. It offers reliable defense against roost, small impacts, and debris common in off-road conditions.

Why It Stands Out

The Synapse Lite Protector delivers a practical combination of protection, airflow, and adjustability. Unlike bulkier models, it maintains a lightweight profile while still providing the coverage riders require.

Easy to clean and simple to adjust, it is a low-maintenance piece of protective equipment suited to regular off-road use.

Moose Offroad (About)

Our story starts in the mid 1980’s in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. The question in those days was how to prepare for an ever changing ride but for a core group of offroad riders it was a question of how, and out of their passion came a small offering of hard parts that would put Moose Offroad on the map. What they didn’t know was their desire to make the ride unforgettable would turn into a worldwide force of the finest collection of parts and gear for them and their machine.

In the early 1990’s, visionary Wayne Cornelius came along with distribution giant Parts Unlimited. Wayne knew Moose Offroad was good but he had a desire to make it great. His method to reach that goal was to consult the services of 8-time National Enduro Champion Dick Burleson. Utilizing Burleson’s experience the goal was to design gear that was comfortable to ride in all day rather than a 20 minute moto. That concept was launched in 1994 at the ISDE in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a team of World-class riders emblazoned in new gear they served notice that Moose Racing has arrived on the scene.

As the 90’s continued, Moose Racing became the go to for hard parts but gear was the avenue to get brand recognition as it performed better than anything else in the market. This strategy blanketed races from the deserts in the west to the steamy woods of the GNCC with Moose Racing gear. It hasn’t been all offroad however, Moose Racing has been a staple of motocross as well. Moose Offroad is proud of its support for racers and riders at all levels from the bright lights of Supercross to the 8am races in the GNCC. Today, Moose Offroad continues the vision and strives to stay ahead of the pack, thirty plus years of blood, sweat, and gears has only made us more passionate to push on and keep evolving.
